Cancellations & Substitutions
We understand that there may be legitimate reasons to cancel or change your registration. If you need to cancel your registration, please send your request to [email protected] by August 7, 2020 at 5:00 pm Eastern Time. Requests for cancellations and refunds for Training+Conference and Conference Only passes received by the deadline are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
You may transfer your registration to another person up until August 7, 2020 by providing authorization to us at [email protected]. Confirmed and paid attendees who do not attend or who cancel after the deadlines are liable for the entire fee. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the conference, the liability of Lucidworks is limited to the return of paid registration fees.
